Everybody can lose something, so no worries we have thought about this!
As a first measure, you can block the pass in your D'Ieteren Energy by Mbrella app.
Afterwards, inform the Mbrella support team via charge.support@mbrella.eu or via the chat, and we will permanently delete your pass and order a new one.
