When it comes to mobility budgets, it can be a real hassle to keep track of all the updates. That’s because the legal mobility budget is by law a yearly budget.
With our newest feature, HR admins can now set different budgets for different periods.
Making it easy to manage employee promotions or long absences throughout the year.
For example, give your employee a mobility budget of € 500 from January 1 till June 30 and a budget of € 600 after July 1.
Or, if an employee is going into a long term leave, you can put the budget of your employee to 0€ during a certain period and then put it back to the initial amount when he is back from his leave.
Budgets are automatically re-calculated for employees who switch from one user group to another.
👉 Select an employee > Click on Budget > Edit Budget > Add different budget for another period
