To reactivate your MDacne Subscription and continue your treatment, visit your Account Settings, Here.

Before doing so, make sure to update your shipping address, if needed, by logging into your Account on the website. HERE.

*Once your package is shipped, we are no longer able to cancel or intercept the item in transit. If you expect to move to a different location, please make sure to update your shipping address prior to your next shipping date.

​*Keep in mind that reactivating your subscription will initiate a new charge & ship a new treatment kit. If you'd like to make any changes to the account (such as your shipping address), we recommend doing them before reactivating your subscription.
