We understand that some people choose to try products out first before committing, and we completely understand - However it's important to note that much like any other treatment, initial improvement can only be seen within the first 4-6 weeks, with significant improvement at 12 weeks. So for this reason, we believe that to achieve optimal results, the plan should be renewed and kept in place for at least three months. We hope you keep that in mind before you conclude that the treatment isn't working. Remember, your subscription comes with access to our Medical Team for any question and concerns. And your subscription plan can be cancelled or modified at any time.

*Cancellation must be done at least 5 business days prior to your next shipment date (or before your kit is processed as long as we have reasonable amount of time to cancel the shipment). Kindly avoid doing so on the day when your treatment kit is scheduled to be processed, as it is very unlikely for us to still be able to cancel it.
