MDacne is a subscription service that continues automatically unless your plan is canceled or modified prior to billing (this information is highlighted during your initial sign up & checkout). Steps to Cancel Your Subscription
Here’s a step-by-step guide to canceling your MDacne subscription:
Log in to Your Account: Access your account through the MDacne website or mobile app.
Access Subscription Settings: Navigate to the account settings or subscription management section.
Cancel Before the Next Billing Date: Ensure the cancellation is processed before the next billing cycle to prevent further charges. If you encounter issues, contact the MDacne support team for assistance.
We know that some people choose to try products out first before committing, and we completely understand - However it's important to note that much like any other treatment, initial improvement can only be seen within the first 4-6 weeks, with significant improvement at 12 weeks. So for this reason, we believe that to achieve optimal results, the plan should be renewed and kept in place for at least three months. We hope you keep that in mind before you conclude that the treatment isn't working. Remember, your subscription comes with access to our Medical Team for any question and concerns. And your subscription plan can be cancelled or modified at any time.
Proactive Cancellation by MDacne
If inactivity or non-responsiveness is identified, MDacne Support may proactively cancel your account to prevent unwanted subscription charges. Rest assured, you can reactivate your account at any time. Click here to reactivate your account.
*If you are also looking to prevent an upcoming order, cancellation must be done at least 5 business days prior to your next shipment date (or before your kit is processed as long as we have reasonable amount of time to cancel the shipment). Kindly avoid doing so on the day when your treatment kit is scheduled to be processed, as it is very unlikely for us to still be able to cancel it. Once billed, your order is sent the warehouse for immediate processing. If cancellation occurs after being billed but before shipment, you may qualify for a refund, and the order can be canceled. **After your subscription has been cancelled, we’ll send you an email that confirms your cancellation. If you don’t receive this confirmation, it's likely it didn't push through. Send us a message on chat or at support@mdacne.com so we can confirm this for you.
***If you've been charged & your next kit has already shipped, we can no longer stop the order. Find out how to adjust your next bill date or cancel your service. If the kit hasn't already shipped, cancellations processed in a timely manner can enable refunds and prevent unnecessary charges.
