When the courier delivering your shipment is not able to complete delivery for whatever reason (no sufficient space, no answer, no place to leave, etc), they will attempt to complete the delivery 2 mote times.
During this time, your package is still in possession of your local carrier. Did you receive a notice at your residence about a delivery attempt? If so, it would be advisable to follow the directions on that notice. If not, we recommend reaching out to your local carrier to see if they can provide more information with regard to the whereabouts of your package and how you can arrange for a re-delivery or pick up.
*Should your shipment be returned for any reason - we're happy to issue you a refund, however we hope you understand that we won't be able to refund any processing, shipping, & return fees already paid towards its fulfillment. We also cannot issue a refund for the trial kit.
