Open your MDacne package. Inside, you'll find a card with your personal QR code on it.
Open the MDacne app and scan the QR code.
You'll be directed to 2 short video clips. These will show you how to use your products!
*When logging into your app and you do not see a screen giving you the option to scan your QR code, kindly make sure that you are logged in with the email address linked to your MDacne subscription.
**Should you run into any issues with scanning, kindly uninstall, then re-install the MDacne app from the Google Play Store / Apple App Store.
