How to reactivate your subscription?

For your Acne Treatment Subscription:

Via MDacne Account Settings on the website:

  1. Go to the account settings on the website.

  2. You'll need to confirm this action - This will automatically have the system process your next kit (billing and shipping). If you'd like to make any changes to the account (such as your shipping address, payment details, etc.), we recommend doing so before reactivating your subscription plan. Once reactivated, the plan on your account when previously cancelled is the plan that will be reinstated (billed and shipped).

Via MDacne App:

  1. Go to the account settings in your app.

  2. Click Renew Membership.

  3. You'll need to confirm this action by clicking on the "Renew Membership" button again - This will automatically have the system process your next kit. If you'd like to make any changes to the account (such as your shipping address, payment details, etc.), we recommend doing so before reactivating your subscription plan.
