If you received the wrong item, or your order came with one missing, simply reach out to us via chat or email, including a clear picture of the products you received (front-facing, showing each product's name) and the packing list, if available. This will help us share the information with our warehouse team to identify the issue.

From there, we’ll ensure the correct item is sent to you promptly!


*Any errors need to be reported within 20 days from the shipment's delivery date (carrier tracking) to be eligible for a claim. We do apologize if we'll be unable to assist if reported past this date.
