The MDacne service and treatment is available for anyone age 13 and older. Users under 18 may only use MDacne with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. For more information, please see terms and conditions (Section 8 Part B).

For those under 18 or without their own payment method, we have an option called "Ask Your Parent to Pay" on the checkout page on the MDacne app*. If you click on that you can ask a parent (or somebody else!) to pay for you and explain why you want to try MDacne.😊

*The Ask a Parent to Pay feature is currently only available via the iPhone app, However, if you are an Android or website user and would like to use this, please reach out to support@mdacne.com and we'd be glad to help you!
