Each country has different customs regulations which are implemented for incoming packages. At times, customs may pick packages (at random) which will require you to pay an additional fee in order to receive your item. This fee isn't one that is imposed by us.
If you're a subscriber, and you do get charged a customs fee, at our discretion and as a one-time courtesy, we'd be happy to work with you on this charge. Send us a picture of the invoice of the charge via email or chat.
*Please keep in mind that if your order is undeliverable due to refusal to pay the customs fees, the order may be returned to us. You will be charged a fee if you'd like to have a replacement sent. *
**Any fees already paid to the carrier for shipping will not be returned. If you're refunded, we will not cover the return shipping and processing fees, those fees will be deducted from the refund.
