How to Cancel:
You may cancel your subscription either from the MDacne App or through your Account Profile online.
(a) From the MDacne app:
Click the menu on your homepage (3 bars on the upper left-hand corner) then click "Account" to review your Account Settings. From there, click on "Manage your plan", "Acne Treatment" and then click on "I want to cancel".
*Unfortunately, it's not possible to cancel the subscription from the App Store as this is considered a third-party subscription (see Apple third-party subscription info & Google Pay third-pay terms). Both Apple and Google Pay are used to facilitate input of the card information as opposed to having to manually enter it. This is the reason that cancellation of your MDacne subscription can only be done from the MDacne app, and not from either App Stores.
(b) From your Account settings online:
Please visit your Account Settings via the MDacne website. Once logged in, click on "Manage your plan", "Acne Treatment" and then click on "Cancel my membership".
*Cancellation must be done at least 5 days prior to your next shipment date (or before your kit is processed as long as we have reasonable amount of time to cancel the shipment). Kindly avoid doing so on the day when your treatment kit is scheduled to be processed, as it is very unlikely for us to still be able to cancel it. Terms & Conditions
