If your tracking information indicates that your shipment has been delivered but you’re unable to locate it, we recommend checking with anyone at your residence as well as your neighbors to see if they might have received your package.

You may also find it helpful to contact the local courier responsible for the final delivery. They might be able to provide additional details regarding the delivery location or the package's current whereabouts.

If you’re still unable to locate your package, please note that we rely on the tracking updates provided by the courier's website. The courier will be the best resource to help you locate your shipment. However, if after doing so you're still not able to locate it with the help of the courier, we encourage you to reach out to us, and we will gladly explore what options we can offer to help resolve this issue
