Orders are deemed delivered once the tracking status has been updated to "Delivered" by your local courier. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received your package, we kindly request that you contact the courier directly. We rely on the courier’s tracking information and have no control over their delivery process. The courier will be the best resource to help you locate your shipment.
