We want you to feel confident giving your treatment plan enough time to work. If you're not satisfied after completing 180 days of continuous treatment, you may be eligible to submit a claim under our Money Back Guarantee.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Money Back Guarantee:
You must be a first-time user of the MDacne acne service.
Before using your treatment products for the first time, you must take a photo or set of photos of your face.
You must continue taking progress photos every 30 days during treatment and upload them to the Selfie Tracker in your MDacne account settings.
You must use the products in your treatment plan according to the provided usage instructions.
You must follow your treatment plan continuously for 180 days.
When You Can Submit a Claim
Money Back Guarantee claims may be submitted between Day 180 and Day 210 after your first treatment kit was dispatched.
Claims submitted before Day 180 or after Day 210 may not be eligible.
If there was a significant delivery delay that affected your ability to complete 180 days of continuous treatment, please contact our Support Team so your case can be reviewed.
How Claims Are Reviewed
When reviewing your claim, we may ask you to provide your treatment progress photos through your MDacne account or by email.
We will review your treatment history, photos, and compliance with the eligibility requirements above.
If your claim is approved, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
A Claim May Be Declined If:
You did not complete 180 days of continuous treatment.
Your subscription was paused or canceled during the required 180-day treatment period.
You previously purchased or used an MDacne acne treatment.
Required progress photos are missing or do not meet the photo guidelines.
Submitted photos are unclear, significantly altered, appear to show different individuals, or we reasonably believe the claim is fraudulent.
Your treatment history shows that the products were not used according to the recommended instructions.

The Money Back Guarantee is separate from our standard return and refund policy.
MDacne may modify or discontinue the Money Back Guarantee for new customers at any time. Changes will not reduce the eligibility window previously offered to existing customers who already qualified under an earlier version of the guarantee.
