*We encourage you to inspect all orders upon delivery. Any damage, defect, issues with the product, or missing items need to be reported within 20 days from the delivery date (based on the tracking), including clear photo evidence of all items received and packaging label, to be eligible for a claim. Claims reported after this period will not be eligible, and we will consider the order and all items to have been received in perfect condition. Any non-cosmetic items, including but not limited to showerheads, fixtures, etc, adheres to this guideline.
**Please verify compatibility of our shower with your existing plumbing system prior to purchase. Any eligible returns are subject to a $20 return and restocking fee. Furthermore, return shipping costs for sending the item back to us will be the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by MDhair.
