Duplicate Charge, Multiple Charges, Bank Charge

If you make a single purchase but notice what seems like a duplicate or multiple charges/transactions on your bank statement - don't worry, this is likely an authorization (pending charge), rather than a real charge.

For example, when making a payment by credit card for certain services, the payment processor may choose to authorize your card before the actual funds are taken. If this is the case, the authorization appears on your bank statement in addition to the real charge. But don't worry, as the authorization charge should fall off and be removed from your bank statement automatically, within 3-5 (calendar) days.

Of course, if you're worried, feel free to reach out to our support team at support@mdhair.co and we'd be happy to check and ensure that only the correct charge went through, and in addition we can provide further clarity regarding any charges on your account.
