Tracking Your Shipment

Once you sign up, an email gets sent out by the system with [1] confirmation of your order (to the email address linked on your account) and [2] another once shipment goes out and tracking becomes available.

Don't forget to check if our email got filtered to your spam/junk folder. If it did, we recommend marking the email as "not spam" to ensure you receive important updates (including tracking info) from us in the future.

If it's not there, let us know so we can have the team check for any issues. It's also possible you may have made a typo on your email address or perhaps used another email address during sign up. Send us the following details so we can locate your profile and get you access to your account settings:

  • First and last name

  • Shipping Address
