If you're a subscriber and are charged an unexpected customs fee, we may be able to assist as a one-time courtesy at our discretion. Please send us a photo or copy of the customs invoice through email or chat so our Support Team can review it.

If an order is refused or cannot be delivered because customs duties or import fees were not paid, the package may be returned to us.

If you would like the order shipped again, additional shipping charges may apply.

If the returned order is eligible for a refund, our standard refund and return policies will apply. Optional or premium shipping upgrades, such as expedited delivery, are generally non-refundable.
