Each country has different customs regulations which are implemented for incoming packages. At times, customs may pick packages (at random) which will require you to pay an additional fee in order to receive your item. This fee isn't one that is imposed by us.

If you're a subscriber however, and you do get charged for it, as a courtesy, we'd be happy to work with you on this charge. Send us a picture of the invoice of the charge via email or chat.

Please keep in mind that if your order is undeliverable due to refusal to pay the customs fees, the order will be returned to us. You will be charged a fee to have it shipped out again (if requested) and any processing & shipping fees already paid towards its fulfillment will not be returned.
