Receiving a damaged or leaking product can be inconvenient, but MDhair is committed to ensuring a smooth resolution process. Follow these steps to report and resolve any issues with your order:
Take clear photos of the damaged product showing the name and area of the damage.
Include photos of all items received in the shipment and the packing slip.
Provide a detailed description of the damage when contacting the MDhair team via chat support or email. These photos are essential for MDhair to file a shipping claim and initiate a resolution process.
Replacement Process
Once the damages are confirmed:
A replacement product will be shipped to the address on file, free of charge.
You will receive tracking information via email within 72 business hours of confirmation.
Expedited shipping may be added at no cost to mitigate inconvenience.
*To be eligible for a claim, please report any damage or issues with the product within 20 days of the shipment's delivery date (as indicated by carrier tracking). Claims reported after this period will not be eligible, and we will consider the order and all items to have been received in perfect condition.
