Order Notifications:

Meadow Admin allows you to configure notifications to alert you of new orders. Follow these steps to ensure you never miss an update.

Order Text Message Notifications: Receive a text when a new order is placed in Meadow through Telegram, an app used for text messaging.

  1. Have the Admin who should receive notifications download Telegram on their Desktop Computer (PC or Mac) or Mobile Device (Android or iOS)

  2. They will need to create an account using their phone number.

  3. Select "Create a New Invite"

  4. Copy the Telegram Invite Link and send it to the Admin.

  5. On their device, they should open the invite. The Order Notification inbox will open.

One-Time Passcode (OTP) on the Meadow E-commerce Menu:

For secure customer logins, Meadow’s e-commerce menu uses one-time passcodes (OTPs). Here’s how customers can manage OTP functionality.

Receive OTP via Text Message: A customer can request an OTP sent by SMS Message.

Receive OTP via Email: If a customer has an email address associated with their account, they can choose to receive their OTP via email. They can enter their email address instead of their phone number to receive the code.
