Customizing Your Post Group Dashboard

Customizable Post Groups Dashboards let you view data across multiple platforms in one place. You can add widgets for key metrics, and choose to display them as tables or charts.

Tailor your dashboard to focus on what matters most, making it easier to track and analyze insights with a streamlined, personalized interface.

Customizing Your Post Groups Dashboard

First, go to the Post Groups tab. Next, click the dropdown menu that displays the available dashboard titles. From the list, select "Create New Dashboard" to set up a new custom dashboard.

Enter a name for your dashboard, then click the "Create Dashboard" button to proceed.

Once you've named your dashboard, a blank dashboard will appear, ready for you to customize and add your first widget.

Here, you can choose the type of widget to add—either a chart or a data table. To set up data in graphs and charts, select the "Chart" option.


Next, select your desired platform, accounts, or account groups you'd like view on this widget, then click "Continue" to proceed.


Next, choose your metrics. You can search for specific metrics or filter them by All Metrics, Organic, Paid, or Total. Then, select whether you want to view the metric as a count or in graph form. Once done, click "Save" to apply your selections.



Now, your selected metrics will be displayed in this widget the dashboard. You can move elements around and resize within the widget itself.

To create a Data Table, simply select the "Data Table" option instead.

To create a Data Table, enter a name for it and click "Continue" to proceed.

Next, select the accounts or account groups you want to add to the table. You can choose multiple accounts or account groups as needed.

Next, choose your metrics. You can select various platform metrics as well as custom metrics for a cross-platform view. Once done, click "Save" to apply your selections.

Your selected metrics will now be displayed in the table widget, giving you a clearer view of all your metrics, including cross-platform insights. You can then change the order of columns, sort, etc.

To edit your dashboard widgets, click "Add Metric" to include new metrics or use the arrows to rearrange them as needed.
