The Benchmark Widget gives you a clear view of how different types of posts — like photos, reels, shorts, carousels, and more — are performing on average across specific platforms and accounts within a Post Group.
It calculates the average performance of all posts in the group, making it easy to compare individual formats or accounts against the overall benchmark. Whether you’re evaluating how reels perform across multiple Instagram accounts, or how carousel posts compare across your Facebook pages, the Benchmark Widget provides quick, actionable insights to guide your content strategy.
What is the Benchmark Widget?
When added to a Post Group, the Benchmark Widget displays the average performance metrics (such as views, engagement rate, or reach) for all posts in that group. This gives you a baseline to compare specific post formats and see how each type contributes to your overall success.
How to add the Benchmark Widget:
Navigate to the Post Group dashboard where you'd like to add the widget. Click “Add Widget” in the top-right corner.
Select “Benchmark Widget” from the list of available widgets.
Select the platform you'd like to benchmark.
Choose the metrics you want to compare.
Select the types of posts you’d like to include (e.g., photos, reels, carousels).
Finally, choose the post age range to determine how far back you want to average post performance.
Once added, the widget will display the average metrics for the group right in your dashboard.
You can add multiple Benchmark Widgets to different Post Groups to tailor comparisons across various campaigns, accounts, or content types.
