Understanding how AI tags images in Measure Studio

Measure Studio uses AI to analyze the visual content of your posts—automatically tagging objects, activities, text, celebrities, and even facial expressions. These tags help you surface content trends, filter posts, and better understand what’s resonating with your audience.

But how confident is the AI in those tags? That’s where Match Confidence comes in.

What is Match Confidence?

Match Confidence is the percentage likelihood that our AI believes a specific tag is correct. To maintain quality and relevance, Measure Studio only shows tags where the AI is at least 70% confident. This ensures you’re only seeing labels that the model is reasonably sure about—no clutter, no guesses.

Why it matters:

  • Helps you trust that image tags are accurate

  • Ensures visual trends and insights are based on high-quality data

  • Gives context to the AI’s decision-making when reviewing post content

So next time you’re exploring auto-tags on your posts, keep an eye on Match Confidence—it’s your signal for how certain the AI is about what it sees.
