Archer is designed to help you explore, understand, and act on your data more efficiently. This guide explains what Archer can do, how it behaves, and what to keep in mind when making requests.
What can Archer help me with?
Archer assists with retrieving performance statistics, analyzing content, searching posts, identifying patterns across posts, creating post groups, and generating reports. It functions as an intelligent assistant that helps you quickly understand and act on your data.
How does Archer understand what I’m currently viewing?
Archer takes into account where you are within the platform. This page awareness allows it to deliver responses that are aligned with the data, accounts, or views you are currently working with.
Can Archer create post groups?
Yes, you can ask Archer to create a Post Group for you based on your specific requirements. It will then generate the group, name it, and link it in the chat for you. Archer will also add auto-grouping functions to the group depending on your request.
Can Archer create reports or slides?
Yes. Archer can generate report slides on your behalf. Unless instructed otherwise, slides are saved to a folder named “Archer.” You can also direct Archer to create a new report or add slides to an existing one.
Can Archer provide summaries or insights?
Yes. Archer can generate executive summaries and identify trends or patterns, such as recurring themes, high-performing content characteristics, and common elements across posts.
How specific do my analysis requests need to be?
The more precise the request, the better the results. Archer interprets analysis at different levels (such as post, account, or group), so specifying scope prevents misinterpretation.
What kinds of insights does Archer provide?
Archer generates executive summaries and detects patterns, including recurring themes, creative similarities, performance trends, common content characteristics, and much more!
What can Archer not do?
To protect account security and maintain data accuracy, Archer has several intentional limitations. Archer cannot yet create dashboards or dashboard templates and will not take administrative or settings-related actions. It is designed to assist with analysis and reporting, and will not modify your system configurations.
Archer cannot add targets, perform tagging actions, or generate full reports at this time. While it can create report slides, assembling or structuring complete reports must still be completed directly by the user.
For support questions, bug reports, or feature requests, we recommend using our regular support chat or email as Archer is not designed to handle these type of requests at this time.
However, Archer is improving everyday and our support team would love to hear your feedback and requests for how Archer can best assist you and what additions you'd like to see!
