Stop manually scrolling through competitor feeds to find insights. Archer automatically analyzes competitor content for you, surfacing the trends, strategies, and performance insights that matter most.

Here’s how to set it up and start getting the most out of it.

Add Competitor Accounts

Before Archer can analyze your competitors, you need to add them as public accounts.

  1. Go to Manage Social Accounts in Measure Studio

  2. Click Add Accounts and paste the Instagram, TikTok, or other supported platform URL

  3. Set the account type to Competitor (you can flag accounts as Owned, Competitor, Partner, or Prospect)

  4. Measure Studio will begin syncing data within typically within 24 hours

Organize Your Competitor Data

Once your competitors are added, organize them so Archer can reference them easily such as:

  • Account Group: Group competitor accounts by category (e.g., direct competitors, aspirational brands, industry benchmarks)

  • Post Groups: Organize competitor posts by content type, theme, or campaign for deeper analysis.

  • Dashboards: Build a dedicated competitor dashboard to monitor performance side-by-side with your own accounts.

Archer will analyze the data across your tracked competitors and surface clear insights, helping you quickly understand what’s working in your industry and where you can stand out.

Analyze Competitors with Archer

With competitors tracked and tagged, Archer can answer questions in plain language. Try prompts like:

  • "What did my competitors post yesterday?"

  • "Which competitor had the highest engagement on TikTok this week?"

  • "What content formats are working best for [Competitor] right now?"

  • "How does my reach compare to my competitors this month?"

  • "Give me a weekly exec summary of competitor performance."

Archer analyzes your data including computer vision metadata so it understands not just performance metrics like view counts, but also what’s actually in the content, such as faces, text, objects, and themes.

Turn Insights Into Action

Archer doesn't just surface data, it prescribes next steps. After analyzing competitor patterns, it will tell you:

  • What content formats are driving competitor growth

  • Where you're outperforming them (and where you're not)

  • Specific recommendations for your posting strategy

Add Competitor Context to Reports

Include competitor data in your reports to give stakeholders full context on where you stand in the market. Archer can help you build these reports on demand — just ask.

Archer analyzes the patterns, reads the content, and tells you what to do next, replacing hours of manual analysis with instant, prescriptive recommendations.
