If an Instagram Collab post is missing from Measure Studio, the most common cause is that the account was connected with Instagram Login.

Collab posts only come through for Instagram accounts connected with Facebook Login (the Instagram account is linked to a Facebook Page). If the account was connected with Instagram Login, Instagram does not send us its collabs, so they do not appear in Measure Studio.

Not sure which login method your account uses? Contact support and we will check for you.
