To rename or delete a Post Group, start by navigating to the 'Post Groups' section in the menu.

Once there, select the specific group you wish to rename or delete.

Then, locate and click the ellipsis (...) button next to the group's name.

A dropdown menu will appear, offering the options to either 'Rename' or 'Delete' the group. Choose the appropriate action to proceed.
