Are you seeing N/A for all metrics in the Revenue section of a Facebook video?

There are a few reasons for this:

The Facebook Page may not be eligible for monetization, and thus not have any earnings data.

Not all Facebook Pages are eligible to monetize Video posts with ads placements.

Is your Page eligible for monetization, and you're still not seeing revenue data?

The user who authorized the Facebook Page may not have View Earnings Insights access enabled for the Page in Facebook Business Manager.

To enable this permission, log into Facebook Business Manager and View Earnings Insights in to the on position for the user who authorized the Page in Measure Studio.

If you don't know which user authorized the Page in Measure Studio, you can check by clicking "Manage Social Accounts" in the top right dropdown menu. Next, click the Facebook Page you want to confirm for. You will be able to see the name of the user who most recently authorized the Page.

Once you have enabled the permission, click into any of the Page's videos and click "I have fixed my permissions" at the top of the page. This will refresh the data across all Facebook videos that live on that Facebook page.

If you see a message saying we still cannot fetch revenue data, please check your settings in Facebook Business Manager and try again.

If you're still having trouble try having a user with full access to the Page re-authorize the account. They can do this by clicking Manage Social Accounts from the menu on the top right, clicking into the social media account, and clicking the Re-Authorize button.
