Are you seeing N/A for all metrics in the Revenue section of a YouTube video?

There are a few reasons for this:

The YouTube channel may not be eligible for monetization, and thus not have any earnings data.

Not all YouTube channels are eligible for monetization.

Is your channel eligible for monetization, and you're still not seeing revenue data? 

The user who authorized the YouTube channel may not have permission to see revenue data.

To enable this permission, log into YouTube Studio, click on Settings, and click on Permissions. The user who authorized the YouTube channel in Measure Studio must have the "Viewer" level of access or higher in order for us to show revenue data in your Measure Studio account.

If you don't know which user authorized the YouTube channel in Measure Studio, you can check by clicking "Manage Social Accounts" in the top right dropdown menu. Next, click the YouTube channel you want to confirm for. You will be able to see the name of the user who most recently authorized the YouTube channel.

Once you have enabled the permission, click into any of the YouTube channel's videos and click "I have fixed my permissions" at the top of the page. This will refresh the data across all YouTube videos that live on that YouTube channel.

If you see a message saying we still cannot fetch revenue data, please check your settings in YouTube and try again.

If you're still having trouble try having another user with full permissions to the YouTube channel re-authorize the account. They can do this by clicking Manage Social Accounts from the menu on the top right, clicking into the social media account, and clicking the Re-Authorize button.
