How to Add Someone as an Admin to Your Facebook Page
With Facebook’s new Pages experience, you can grant someone access to your Page with either full control or partial control. Here’s what each level of access means:
Full Control: The person can manage the Page, grant or revoke access to others (including removing you), and even delete the Page.
Partial Control: The person can manage Page activities but cannot make changes to access permissions or delete the Page.
Follow these step-by-step instructions to add someone as an admin to your Facebook Page:
Log Into Your Facebook Account
Log in to Facebook and click on your profile photo in the top-right corner of the page.Switch to Your Page
Click See all profiles.
Select the Page you want to manage.
Access Page Settings
Click your Page’s profile picture in the top right.
Select Settings & privacy and then click Settings.
Navigate to Page Access Settings
In the left-hand menu, click Page setup.
Select Page access.
Add a New Person
Under People with Facebook access, click Add New.
Click Next.
Enter the Person’s Details
Type the name or email address of the person you want to add.
Select their name from the search results.
Choose Access Level
To give Partial Control: Scroll down and click Give Access.
To give Full Control: Scroll down, check the box to grant full control, and then click Give Access.
Confirm the Change
Enter your Facebook password.
Click Confirm.
Wait for Acceptance
The person will receive an email invitation to access your Page. They must accept the invitation to complete the process.
Adding Someone as an Analyst
Have the account owner add you in the Analyst role using the steps below. This is a read-only role, so you will not be able to publish posts or take action on behalf of the account:
Follow steps 1-6 above to access the Page access settings.
Under People with Facebook access, click Add New.
Enter the name or email address of the person you want to add.
Select Analyst as the role.
Click Give Access and confirm with your password.
Wait for the person to accept the invitation.

Instagram:
How to Set Up a Creator Account on Instagram
First, your Instagram account must be a Business or Creator account. If your account is currently a Personal account, follow these steps to switch to a Creator account:
Open your profile and tap the menu icon in the top-right corner.
Select Account type and tools from the menu.
Tap Switch to professional account to start the upgrade process.
Choose a category that best describes your work, then tap Done.
Finally, select Creator as your account type.
Once completed, your account will be set up as a Creator account.
How to Connect Your Facebook Page and Instagram Account
Instagram needs to be linked to a Facebook Page for Measure Studio to collect data. Follow these steps to link your accounts:
Log into Facebook and click your profile photo in the top-right corner.
Select See All Profiles and choose your Page.
Click your Page's profile picture, then go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
Under Permissions, click Linked Accounts.
Next to Instagram, click View > Connect Account.
Follow the prompts to complete the connection.

Once those are complete have the account owner add you in the Analyst role using the steps in the Facebook section above. This is a read-only role, so you will not be able to publish posts or take action on behalf of the account.

How to Gain Viewer Access to a YouTube Channel
To gain access, ask the account owner to add you in the Viewer role using the steps outlined below. This is a read-only role, meaning you won't have the ability to publish posts or perform actions on behalf of the account, except for creating YouTube Analytics groups.
Migrate to channel permissions if you’re using a Brand Account.
Log in to YouTube Studio.
Click on Settings from the menu on the left.
Select Permissions and then click on INVITE.
Type the email address of the person you wish to invite in the "Email" field.
From the “Access” drop-down menu, choose the role you want to assign.
Hit DONE to complete the process.
X (Twitter):
How to Invite and Delegate Access on X (Twitter)
Log in to your X (Twitter) account.
Click on "More."
Go to "Settings and privacy."
Select "Security and account access" > "Delegate."
Click "Members you've delegated."
Choose "Invite a member."
Search for the person's Twitter handle.
Click on their name.
Choose their access level:
Contributor (can post Tweets, create lists, and view direct messages, posts & lists)
Admin (can manage the team, all contributor permissions, and access analytics)
Click "Send invite."
You’ll see a confirmation screen.
TikTok:
How to Add Members to Your Business Center
Log in to your TikTok for Business account.
Go to the "Members" tab and click "Invite Member."
Enter the new member’s email address.
Under "Access Settings," choose the type of access you want to give:
Admin: Full access to all Business Center features.
Standard: Access to and ability to work on assigned assets.
Click "Advanced Permissions" to set a finance role, if needed:
Finance Manager: Full control over finance and payment features.
Financial Analyst: Can view bills, invoices, and transaction logs.
Click "Next."
Select the asset and access level for the member, or click "Skip" to do this later.
Click "Confirm."
Note: A TikTok Business account is required to connect to Measure.
