With Auto-grouping, you can effortlessly program your groups to gather posts automatically, tailored to your specified criteria. This provides invaluable insight into identifying the most effective content and helps optimize content strategy across your accounts.

Setting up Auto-grouping

To set up Auto-grouping, start by creating your group. To do this navigate to the 'Post Groups' tab located in the left-hand navigation menu. Once there, click the '+ New Group' button.

A dialog box will appear, prompting you to name your group. After naming your group, click 'Save' to create it.

Once you've created your group, now click on the 'Auto-grouping' tab.

From here, you'll find a range of filters at your disposal, allowing you to customize and program your search to pinpoint specific posts based on your criteria. You can auto group by:

  • Platforms

  • Post type

  • Performance

  • Accounts

  • Post date published

  • Video length

  • Post text: Finds posts based on keywords in the metadata.

  • Post tags: Finds posts using your internal tagging system.

  • Post content: Finds posts based on AI detection for objects, public figures, and emotional states.

  • Post Visibility: Takes a look at published, private, or deleted posts.

  • Boosted: Chooses posts that are purely organic, or boosted posts.

  • Made for kids: Pertaining to children-oriented content on YouTube.

Once you've selected your filters for auto-grouping, hit "Save" to begin collecting posts. The system will then start finding posts that match your filters and populating them into the group, this will take a few minutes. Once ready, you'll see the relevant posts in the Posts section of the group and can build your custom dashboard, export data, or create a report.
