Our tagging feature is a helpful organizational tool that allows you to categorize your content with custom labels. By using these tags, you can streamline your search process, quickly locating the exact content you are looking for.

Tagging Posts

One way to tag posts is to do them individually. To do that, navigate to the 'Posts' tab located in the left-hand navigation menu. Then, click on the post you would like to tag.

From there, click on the 'Post Tags' tab right below the post.

If you wish to assign a new tag to the post, simply click the 'Create New Tag' button located on the right

A dialog box will appear, prompting you to name your tag. After naming your tag, click 'Create Tag' to create it.

Your tag is now available in your tag library. To apply it to your post, click the '+' symbol.

To efficiently tag multiple posts with the same label, you can utilize the bulk tagging feature. Simply select the desired posts, then click the 'Add Tag' button located at the top right corner.

A tab will appear on the right, allowing you to select the tags you want to apply to these posts.

Once your posts have been tagged, you can now easily search by the tag using the keyword search feature. Additionally, you have the option to create post groups, enabling you to keep all tagged posts in one organized place.
