Connecting accounts: Why can't I see my Instagram account?

It's possible you've already added some accounts to Measure Studio, and your initial settings in Facebook are hiding your other accounts from us.

Here's a quick guide to resolve this issue:

1. Navigate to Manage Social Accounts here and click '+Add Account'

2. Click 'Sign in with Facebook' under Instagram.

3. In the Facebook popup, click 'Edit previous settings'.

​4. Click 'Opt in to all current and future businesses' then click 'Continue'. Don't worry, you will be able to choose what accounts you connect in Measure Studio. This just prevents similar issues in the future.

5. Click 'Opt in to all current and future Pages' then click 'Continue'.

6. Click 'Opt in to all current and future Instagram Accounts; then click 'Continue'.

7. Click 'Save' on the permissions list.

8. Click 'Got it' You'll now be taken back to Measure Studio where you can pick the accounts you wish to connect.
