How to link your accounts for HCP Authentication

Authentication when locked out of Schedule and Patients

When trying to add HCP Authentication to your MedEssist dashboard, there are a few steps you need to take to link your pharmacy to the MedEssist hub.

1. Upon logging in, you should see this pop-up modal. Click the Instructions to expand the drop-down.

2. If you already have a MedEssist Hub account, click “add HCP”. If not, you need to create a new MedEssist Hub account. Keep the MedEssist Hub window open beside your dashboard window to easily go back and forth

3. After you have created your MedEssist Hub account, you can add yourself as a user (after clicking “add HCP”. Input the MedEssist Hub account email you used when you created the account. Click “Link”.

4. On the Hub, you will have to create a passcode that is 4-6 digits.

5. Then you will see the Dashboard request from your pharmacy, which you will accept.

6. On the dashboard, you will be able to select your name and input your passcode to login.

7. To log out, switch users, or unlink a user, click the HCP name on the left side menu of the dashboard, which will open this modal.
