Go to Photos from the main menu (three lines in the upper left corner of the screen)
Click the tree dots in the upper right corner, then tap "Select photos"
Select the photos and/or videos you want in you album, then tap the add to album icon in the bottom menu
Tap the plus sign to create a new album
Name your album and tap "Save"
