Add or change profile picture on MediaMarkt Cloud's webpage and mobile app

Profile pictures make your MediaMarkt Cloud account more personal and are visible to friends, family and colleagues. Profile pictures are shown, for example, in the MediaMarkt Cloud badge when you and others comment on albums.

You can also see your profile picture at the top of the web page, in the desktop app and in the mobile app menu.

Your profile picture can be added or changed on web or in the mobile app.

How to add or change profile picture on web

  1. Log in to MediaMarkt Cloud's web page

  2. Go to Settings from the main menu

  3. Go to Account and profile

  4. Click on the profile picture to add or change

How to add or change profile picture in the mobile app

  1. Open the MediaMarkt Cloud app on your phone

  2. Go to settings from the main menu

  3. Tap the profile picture to add or change
