Getting started and using other devices such as thermometers and oximeters to make the most out of the app.

Can I sign up without an Activation Code?

NO. You will need an Activation Code, sent to you via email. If you have not received an activation code, please contact your HR Manager.

Can I access Huma Health Shield on all of my devices?

Huma Health Shield can only be accessed via your smartphone.

What iOS and Android versions are supported?

Devices with iOS (version 12+) and Android (version 6+).

What other devices can be used to complement Huma Health Shield?

Your employer may have chosen to supply you with devices complementary to the Huma Health Shield app. These are a Thermometer and/or a Pulse Oximeter. Even though these devices are not digitally integrated with Huma Health Shield, they will help you take accurate measurements of your vital signs from home, which you can manually enter into the app and track changes over time.

If your device is faulty or breaks please submit a complaint through our Customer Service platform and our team will get back to you shortly and arrange a replacement.
