This help guide walks you through how you can record Peak Flow in the Huma mobile app

Updated over 3 years ago

Peak Flow is a measure of how quickly you can blow air out of your lungs. A member of your care team will help you take this reading. The peak flow percentage result will take into account your gender, age and height before showing your calculated result as a percentage.

How to record Peak Flow

You may have been provided with a peak flow meter from your care team, to record your peak flow.

If you are asked to record your Peak Flow using this, please do the following:

  1. Use the Peak flow meter provided to measure your peak flow as instructed

  2. Open the Huma app and tap on the 'Add' button present on the Peak Flow module

  3. Input the correct 'Date' and 'Time'

  4. Input the Peak flow reading displayed on your peak flow meter

  5. Once done, tap 'Add'
