This help guide walks you through how you can record your weight in the Huma mobile app

Updated over 3 years ago

Body Mass Index is a measure of body size that takes into account your height and weight and is used to check whether your weight is healthy. The higher the BMI, the higher the risk for developing diseases such as heart disease and diabetes.

How to record weight

To record your body weight, please make sure you have a body weight scale or body fat scale to hand.

If you are asked to record your Body weight, please do the following:

  1. Use the body weight scales to measure your weight as instructed

  2. Open the Huma app and tap on the 'Add' button present on the Weight & BMI module

  3. Input the correct 'Date' and 'Time'

  4. Input the weight (in kilograms) as displayed on your body weight scale

  5. Once done, tap 'Add'
