This help guide walks you through how you can record any symptoms you may be experiencing, in the Huma mobile app

Updated over 3 years ago

It is very helpful for your care team to be able to monitor your symptoms. Please report your symptoms and their severity according to the frequency set by your care team, to allow them to keep an eye on the progress of your condition. For pain, or for any other symptom, use the numerical rating pain scale (0-10) to let us know the severity of pain you are experiencing today: 0: None; 1-3: Mild; 4-6: Moderate; 7-10: Severe. If you are continuously drowsy, unable to stand due to dizziness or have developed new chest pain, please seek medical attention.

How to record Symptoms

In order to provide information on any symptoms you experience, please do the following:

  1. Open the Huma app on your smart phone and make sure you are on the 'Home' screen

  2. The first vital module you will see is titled 'Symptoms', tap the 'add' button to view symptoms

  3. Pick the relevant symptoms you are experiencing and tap 'next'

  4. Touch and move the severity slider to detail the severity of each symptom, once finished tap 'next'

  5. Before you submit your symptom report, you will be presented with a final confirmation screen. Here you can check your logged symptoms and unselect any symptoms you've accidentally selected
