I’ve forgotten my password


If you have forgotten your password, click the link on the log in page to reset. You will then receive an email with instructions how to create a new password.

Why do I have to complete the pre-screening questionnaire?

The pre-screening questions are used to determine if you are eligible to take part in the study. All the questions are related to the vaccination.

Why has my account been deactivated?

There are a number of reasons why your account has been deactivated:

- Identity verification is unsuccessful

- Pre-screening questions determine that you are not eligible for the study

- You decline to provide informed consent.

If your account is deactivated, you will be given the option to contact the study team. They will be able to answer any questions you may have.

What if I don’t have any form of identification?

Huma requires an official ID to complete verification

If you do not have an official ID, you can contact the study team to find out more. Simply click on the “I don’t have any identification” button when you begin the verification process on your device.

What documents can I use to verify my identity?

You can use any of the documents below:

- Passport

- Driver’s license

- National identity card

- Residence permit card

How long does the verification process take?

Once you have submitted your official identification document, verification can take up to 60 seconds. Don’t worry if it takes slightly longer, we will send a push notification to your phone when your ID has been successfully verified.

What if my identity verification is unsuccessful?

If the process is unsuccessful, you will be presented with a screen where you can choose to leave the study or contact the study team via email. They will be able to help you if you have any questions.
