Some users may require assistance from a family member or friend while using the mobile & web applications. You can set this up by using the “Add a Helper” function within the app.
There are two sets of instructions below, one for the you and one for your ‘helper’.
Steps
1. Create an account with Huma.
2. Go to the ‘Profile’ section of the app.
3. Click ‘Add a Helper’.
At this point in the process, the ‘helper’ must complete these steps.
1. Your ‘Helper’ must download the Huma app.
2. Enter the unique code, which was provided in the participant’s profile.
3. Complete 2-factor authentication
4. Complete the legitimate interest screen
5. Agree to enter data on behalf of the participant
6. Complete identity verification
Once the above steps have been completed, the ‘helper' will be able to access and enter the participant's information.
