Step 1
If you do not have a secure lock screen (e.g. password or passcode) on your phone, you will not be able to use the app. If this is the case, you will be shown this screen:

Follow the instructions on the screen to enable a secure-lock screen on
your phone.
Step 3
In order for you to be able to use the full features of the app, it needs to be activated with a code. You will receive a code from your diabetes care team, this will be via text or when you are sitting with them.
The code will be 9 characters long.
Step 4
On the top of your Hub screen there will be an Activate button.
Tap Activate to activate your app.
Step 5
You will then be asked to enter your Activation key.
Enter the 9 character code given to you by your diabetes care team and click
Submit to proceed.
Step 6
Once you have activated your app, you will be presented with the Terms of use page. If you agree, then click on I agree. If you do not agree, you will not be able to use the full functionality of the app.
Step 7
You will also be asked to consent to some anonymous analytics.
This is optional and you can select I consent if you agree to this.
Step 8
If you agree you will then be taken to the hub screen and can now start using the full functionality. After setting up your blood glucose meter you can enter your readings via Bluetooth or manually, request callbacks, view previous readings and more.
