You can contact the Huma Customer Care team by sending a message using our live chat function.
Live chat within the GDm-Health App
Within the GDm-Health app, tap on the 'additional options menu' in the top left hand corner of the app
Tap on 'Patient help'
Then tap on the 'blue live chat icon' located in the bottom right hand corner of the screen
Tap on 'Send message' to start a chat with a member of the Huma Customer Care team
Enter your 'Email address'
Type your message and tap on the 'blue send message' icon (bottom right corner of the live chat box) to send your message and start chatting with a member of the Huma Customer Care team

If you cannot access the Huma live chat, please send an email to our Customer Care team (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Customer Care Working Hours
Monday through Friday - 9:00am to 5:30pm (UK Time)
Saturday & Sunday - Closed
Huma will respond to all queries within 24 hours
If messages are sent outside of these hours, Huma will respond if our team is available via Email
