Go to your GDm-Health login page. The URL for the website is unique to each Trust and provided at implementation.

Enter your username. This will usually be your registered email address.

If an incorrect format of username is entered, an error message will appear, and you will not be able to proceed.

Please try again with a correctly formatted email address.

Sensyne Health will send you an email which will allow you to create your password.

Enter your password and click the Log In button.

If you have incorrectly entered your password due to a typing error, please try again, correcting the error.

If you have forgotten your password, then click on the I forgot my password link. This will allow you to request a new password and it will be sent to your registered email.

You will be presented with the Terms of use page.

If you agree, then click on I agree.

If you do not agree, you will not be able to use the full functionality of the GDm-Health clinician’s app.

You will be presented with a consent request to capture anonymous analytics in order to help us improve GDm-Health. You can accept or decline at this stage, and change your mind at any time by accessing the Analytics Consent option in the menu.

You will now see a list of current patients.
