How do I add patient outcome details?

Step 1

After logging in, select the patient by clicking on their name.

Step 2

Click on the Outcome option from the menu on the left-hand side.

Step 3

When the baby has been delivered, the record needs to be updated.

This section refers to the patient outcomes and not the baby’s details.

In this section fill in the information regarding maternal complications, length of post-natal stay etc.

Step 4

If incorrect information or incomplete information is entered, then an error message will appear Please complete the information underlined in orange.

If this occurs, please go back and enter the information correctly or complete any incomplete fields.
