Click on the patient’s name from the Current Patients screen.

You will be taken to the patient’s Diary page.

You will now see the blood sugar readings of the patient, with associated meal times and notes.

You can also scroll to view different months. To do this click on the purple triangle buttons beside the month which is shown at the top of the diary.
