How do I view patient alerts?
Updated over 2 years ago

Step 1

On the Current Patients screen, there are 4 columns to the left of the Patient name column and one to the right.

Step 2

The Bookmark feature means that a clinician has highlighted that patient record. If you bookmark a patient, write a note in their personal details explaining why you have bookmarked them. Click the Bookmark icon to mark or unmark a patient.

Step 3

The alert columns highlight women who have alerts. There are two types:

The Red alert in the first column means that the patient has submitted 3 consecutive out of threshold readings for a given prandial tag (e.g. the last 3 readings before lunch were high).

Step 4

The Amber alert in the second column indicates that the patient has submitted at least 2 out of threshold readings at any time

in the last 2 days when readings were taken.

Step 5

The clock alert (third column from the left) means that a patient has submitted less than 66% of the expected readings in the past 2 weeks.

Step 6

The call back column (fourth column from the left) indicates that a patient has requested a call-back.

Step 7

The patient list can be sorted by any the columns. To do this, click on the triangle button above each column as indicated in the screen shot below and this will sort the list of patients.
