After logging in, select the patient by clicking on their name.

Click on the Medical details option from the menu on the left-hand side.

Diabetes type and Estimated delivery date will already be populated. The remaining information will be blank. To edit any of the fields, click on it and enter information accordingly. Once you have finished editing, click Save

If any required field is not entered then an error message will appear: Please complete the missing information underlined in orange. If this occurs, please go back and complete any incomplete fields.
