How do I manage patient notifications?

Step 1

From the Current Patients screen, click the patient who you would like to view.

Step 2

You will automatically be taken to the Diary page. This will show all of the alerts associated with the patient.

Step 3

There are 3 main types of notification which appear here:

  • Red and amber alerts generated by the system

  • Requests sent by a patient

  • Notifications confirming the patient has read your message or advice

Step 4

If a patient has requested a call back or if their readings have triggered an alert, then you will be informed and asked to confirm you have read/acted on the alert.

Step 5

Your messages will appear in the Diary page. If a patient confirms they have read your message, you will be informed within the Notifications.
