Step 1
Click on the Search icon in the top right-hand corner of the page.
Step 2
Click on the search area and enter the patient’s name or NHS number.
Click on the search button.
Step 3
List of relevant patients will be shown. Click on selected patient.
Step 4
If there are no relevant patients, an error message will be displayed.
If incorrect details were entered, please try again with the correct details.
